This intentionally crafted program is developed and led by Brenley Shapiro. It will offer high level support in a small group environment. The group will meet online via zoom once per week for 5 weeks.

I started the Clinic to improve my performance in swimming. After a rough race where I didn't hit my best time and felt super down, I shut myself off and didn't want to talk to anyone, even my coach. It was a really low point. After working with Brenley I’ve now learned a powerful strategy that I can use to help me move on and let go. I can be annoyed for a little bit, but then I just bounce back. I have a million more races headed my way, so no biggie!

Brenley Shapiro

OHL, NHL & PWHL Mental Performance Coach

As a Toronto-based Sport & Performance Consultant, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and Certified Sports Vision Trainer, Brenley Shapiro was the first female Mental Performance Coach in the NHL for the Arizona Coyotes, where she spent five years working with the team. Currently in her 10th season in the OHL with the Peterborough Petes, she was an integral part of the team helping them win the 2023 OHL Championship.

Brenley has also broken new ground as the very first Mental Performance Coach in the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL). In addition she served as a Mental Performance Consultant for both the Men’s and Women’s Chinese National Hockey Teams at the Beijing 2022 Olympics

Brenley has been in practice for over 20 years working with athletes, teams, individuals, and organizations from amateur to professional, and she is the founder of Heads Up High Performance. Brenley sits on the expert panel for the Coaches Association of Ontario, she is a Published Author, an Ambassador with Lululemon, and a powerful Keynote Speaker.

With an exceptional ability to teach, motivate, inspire, and connect with all those she works with, Brenley has dedicated her life’s work to helping people push the boundaries of achievement and facilitate a pathway towards success.
